Owned and operated by the Economic Development Corporation Müritz, they will give you all the necessary support for a success promising start into your professional independence.

The “EGZ” Müritz offers many young businesses a platform to enter the market of the Müritz region and the federal state Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, as well as the European Markets.
Renowned partners give entrepreneurs the necessary support and advice on their way to a successful enterprise.
Be it economic pre-studies, review of the business environment for your venture or guidance as you apply for government subsidies – we cooperate with competent partners for all your start up questions.
In depth knowledge of your chosen field and a firm understanding of business economics are the corner stones of any business. Together with our partners, we offer you seminars which are perfectly tailored to your specific needs using only up to date content. With the knowledge provided by us, you’ll be able to make informed decisions’ about any possible start up.
The EGZ Müritz was founded in 2001/2002 to implement the aforementioned objectives specifically.
The complex of the „EGZ Müritz“ consists of a service - building with office rooms and two warehouses with space for workshops.

Four tenants use the space of 874m² in total available in these two halls.
This means that both halls are filled to the optimum capacity. In need of new space for further producing business there is the opportunity to erect new halls for more companies on the grounds of the EGZ Müritz.
Starting March 1st 2004 we have interesting offers concerning several new office combinations in our service building for you.

Since its opening, the complex of the EGZ Müritz has had excellent capacity utilization, not only considering the rented office space but also in relation to the stability of the composition of the various industries of its tenants. As a potential entrepreneurs and young business manager, you are welcome to learn about our range of existing free spaces and their rental information. Even experienced Entrepreneurs are welcome to read up on the current tenant situation.

Unlike in the workshops, the tenants in the service building change more frequently. Due to the design of office space and combinations we are able to quickly and flexibly to respond to your request.
Currently, we are able to offer you only (13 m² base, partially furnished) from the 01 April 2009. Practice shows, that even a conversation about the reservation of individual premises is worthwhile. We’re looking forward to your visit or phone call.

The net rent without utilities for the office space is from 6.00 €/m2 per month (asking price). The utility bill is estimated at a current rate of 2,80 €/m2 per month.
